Our Story
Franklin Fine Homes was founded by Cody Franklin in 2012. Cody is a central Iowa native who has been active in the trades since 1998. With over 25 years of experience, we have the knowledge and skills needed to construct high-quality, long-lasting finish products, emphasizing functional design and sustainability.
Our Approach
We have a "one project at a time" policy. Be it one week or one year, we don't start the next project until we're done with the task at hand. This approach guarantees the attention to detail and streamlined communication necessary for long-lasting, high-quality construction.
